Time code and bi-phase interlock enables double system playback of 16mm and 35mm magnetic sound films from all formats. Your participation is welcome during a One Light transfer. A separate edit bay dedicated to Final Cut Studio is available on an hourly or weekly basis to accommodate production needs. In conjunction with the Final Cut system a Fibre Channel multi-terabyte RAID digital storage system provides real time access to any portion of your project in an instant. Professional archival format video and audio equipment is in readiness to pull archives from phono-discs, audiotape and videotape either analog or digital. The education process is an important concern at HRS Film & Video Post. Professional editors are on call to instruct and assist in the completion of film, video and audio productions. | Film Preservation Services Rank Cintel professional 16mm / 35mm Telecine transfer. We will transfer your film to your choice of Final Cut Studio or Avid Express(on your supplied hard drive), DVCam, DVCPro, DVDor VHS. Your film will be run as a one-light one pass with primary color correction and real time image processing. We can crop or re-center the film image. Tape stock is not included. Audio on the film will be transferred with the film. Formats for Output (Tape stock is not included.) Hi-Def 720p, 1080i or Standard-Def Beta SP, Digital-S (D9), D1, D2, DCT, 1” Type C, ¾” Umatic are also available at added cost. AUDIO Transfers Separate digital audio on DA88, TC DAT, 16 / 35mm mag film or Nagra analog audio can be transferred with your film at additional cost. Sound on 16mm / 35mm mag film will be interlocked to the Rank and transferred in sync with the picture. Please note that film is shot at 24 FPS, NTSC video runs film at 23.97 FPS. The interlock guarantees sound and picture will remain in sync. Your final digital video copy will have audio at true 48K sampling. Audio Media Preservation Services Professional studio transfer is available from vinyl disc (up to 16” diameter), audio tape, wire recorder, 16 / 35mm magnetic film, 16 / 35mm optical film and Edison cylinder to CD, ProTools or vinyl master disc.
